The Scavenger's Story

I’m a 42-year-old dad gamer with a wife and two beautiful kids! I was born in Mexico but have lived most of my life here in the States. Lately, I’ve found that junk journaling and gaming are the best ways to cope with daily stress; getting lost in my hobbies has helped my mental health tremendously. I’m also currently navigating Psoriatic Spondylitis—basically arthritis of the spine and joints. It definitely takes its toll, but having these creative outlets to take my mind off the pain has been a huge help. Between the journaling, the gaming, and the occasional beer, I’m finding my balance. Let’s keep tackling the days together and hope for a better tomorrow. Cheers!
